Culinary Playground Trip PrHS
Students in our Spanish Culture and Cuisine class attended a field trip to the Culinary Playground in NH. Students learned about the ingredients and techniques used to prepare three Hispanic dishes: Chimichurri chicken, mango salsa, and churro cupcakes with homemade cinnamon buttercream.
